Outside counsel operating as your in-house partner

We understand that every legal issue occurs within a broader business context. And, through our experience, we know that it is possible to be accessible, responsive and trustworthy.

Simultaneously we have re-imagined legal services in a time of incredible advancement of technology, automation and processes. We leverage these innovations to operate with agility, creativity and efficiency.

This is the approach we take with every client engagement.

Bill Pierznik

Experienced legal counsel first, executive leadership a close second

Bill’s practice spans more than two decades in technology law: working as outside counsel at large international firms, starting his own successful boutique firm focused on start-ups and operating as in-house counsel. During this time he has represented clients from individual entrepreneurs and investors to high-growth companies to public companies. No surprise, he has advised on virtually every legal matter that a tech company encounters.

Over the past dozen years Bill’s experience has grown well past the legal arena. He has held roles as SVP of Business and Corporate Development, Head of Sales, Head of Customer Success, Chief Operating Officer and most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Mobilize.io, a leading purveyor of online community and networking solutions which he recently sold to Forj.ai.

As tech company builders ourselves, we’ve owned your types of problems. We know how tech companies work inside, what they face and how they thrive. Working with us, you’ll have a practical business approach. We’re here for solutions, not issue-spotting.
